*For Speakers Presenting VIRTUALLY:

• Where is my link to connect?  How To Join Your Presentation Live Session?  All you have to do is visit the Conference Event Center & Lounge, click the "Live Session" tab, and select "Join Live Session" button for your session.  We will have these live links posted the day before the conference begins. 

 

• How will I connect to my session?  All sessions are hosted via Zoom Technology.  MPSEOC will be hosting these sessions unless we discussed otherwise. 

 

• Will there be someone in the session to help me?  Yes!  We have designated at least 1 Co-Host to be in your session for the entire time.  They will greet you 15 minutes before your session start time.  They will help you make sure all is ready for your session.  This person(s) will also introduce you once the session starts, help facilitate chat, and also close out the session.  

 

• When should I join my session?  We ask all presenters to join your session 15 minutes early, so we can make sure all is set and ready.  Once you join, the Co-Host will welcome you, make you a Zoom Co-Host, help you test breakout rooms/share screen/& or whatever else you may need help for your session. 

 

• What else do you need?  If we have missed something please let us know.  We are excited to see you soon & have you part of the great event!

*For Speakers Presenting IN-PERSON:

• Where is my link to connect?  How To Join Your Presentation Live Session?  How will I connect to my session?   This is easy!  We have the technical side all handled!  You just need to show up at Fairmont Hot Springs in the Conference Center.  We will be in the main conference area.  If you have never been to this event center, please just visit the front desk at Fairmont and ask for the MPSEOC / Montana Colleges Conference, and they will direct you to the right place.
